My apologies if I am not replying properly. Haven't posted much on this list and don't remember the exact procedure. The Amsterdam Catalog is found on one of the CD's that come with the Csound Book. I just copied it to my hard drive a few weeks ago. It includes the whole site as it was on the web with links to instruments, diagrams, etc. I think there is a zip file as well but am not sure it works.
