I have put up a OSX 10.2 installer package at the sourceforge
site. This is effectively the same as 10.3 except that it does not
install the bits that do not work.

You'll get the framework and the csound command-line frontends and
utilities.

The GUIs might be compiled from the CVS sources (although I am not
sure whether they would work). I will try this sometime.
