Is it possible to use csound from DSSI hosts like Rosegarden?

I noticed DSSI opcodes in csound, but as far as I can determine, these
where the other way around, that is, csound hosts DSSI plugins.

If not, is there any effort ongoing to achieve this? It doesn't seem
un-acomplishable with csound5:s features.
