What is the best? Keep the 0.0.19 portaudio and add the mingwm10.dll or 
replacing the portaudio with your's?

Istvan, Mike,

Is mingwm10.dll a documented dependency?  If not, the binaries should be 
compiled without that linkage.  If so, it should be shipped along with 
the other support files to keep the Csound package as self-contained as 
possible, since a Csound user should not be required to install MinGw.
