I've updated the Csound5, release candidate 2, 64 bit samples, Windows 
installer on SourceForge with fixes thanks to information from recent users 
and testers.

CSOUNDRC is set, Rawwaves are in place, csound.hpp is included, latest 
libsndfile is used (pre6), the Python version is 2.4, all DLLs are stripped, 
I think the PortAudio DLL situation is better.

Includes all opcodes of Istvan Varga zip plus Loris, vst4cs, FluidSynth, and 
STK C++ opcodes, as well as tclcsound and csoundapi~.

just a small bug noticed.
The vstedit opcode brings up a window for editing the vst instrument, but it's a blank panel with nothing in it.
It's not a big deal, but I thought you'd like to know.

I' not sure, it's plenty of files there...I've not been using Csound for
a while and now it seems a release is near I would like to work with it
again. I hope all the docs and API docs are updated :)
