Publishing the score (csd or orc/sco) in a zip folder can be a solution too, 
to reduce abusive bandwidth. Each one will have to compile the piece with 
Csound.

I see no reason not to do so.  It would be nice to host the mp3's so
they don't get lost, but if bandwidth is an issue and these are hosted
on csounds.com, it might be better to point to external URL's.  The
concerts at the conference were really great, so if all the composers
are willing, I think it'd be great to have them online.

Perhaps also a rolling "New Pieces made with Csound" section of the
Journal would be nice as well.
