Hi

Suppose I mix names instruments (instr some_sound) with indexed (instr 
1), which will be the execution order of that? Also for instance when 
recieving midi csound says something like "midi channel 1 now using 
instr 2" when recieving a program change. In a named and mixed orchestra 
which is "instr 2"?
