I think it's been discussed at length in the past but never implemented.

Submissions for opcode of the day via this list would be quite nice --

Anyone who wishes to contribute an "Opcode of the day" with it's 
accompanying "Musical example of the day" will surely find a welcome 
home on cSounds.com!!

although I think it's important to remember that all submissions must 
be compatible with the last release of Csound 4, despite possibly being 
created in Csound5. This may end up being a great way to get people 
introduced to the vast new library of opcodes added to Csound5 ...

Otherwise the "_______ of the day" feature is already implemented on 
cSounds.com. It should be trivial to add an opcode example of the day.
