I've posted a copy of the files at this URL:

I am not sure how to run it on OS X.  On OS 9, you must use the JBindery
tool from the Apple Java developer kit to make a Mac application out of the
class files.

playing with it a bit this morning, nothing serious, just seeing if it 
will run under Linux and a current Java. It seems to work, but using the 
frequency editor fails with this report:

  Does this editor work for Win/Mac ? Or can someone help debug the Java 
source ? I have zero skill with Java. :(
