| I've used Hubi's Joystick to MIDI Converter (MDJSTK11.ZIP) also available
where Hubi's loopback driver is found (his site). It too requires some kind
of loopback (I use MIDIYoke). Works fine as a controller (CC).
(It also programs the two joystick buttons - which I've used as note on and
off.)
