CSconstruct contains instructions. Basically, copy Loris and STK sources into the local directory. I do not link with libraries since there is no STK library in the STK installer, and the Loris build system fails on Windows. So I compile the sources myself.

Loris and stk.  Wondering if there should be more files in CVS in 
Csound5/Opcodes/Loris or Csound/Opcodes/stk in order to compile?  I only see 
a lorisgens5.c and lorisgens5.h, and a stkOpcodes.cpp; but seems like there 
used to be a lot more sources.

Are those opcodes still supported in build options?
