The easiest way is to unzip the package into the main drive so you get
it in C:\csound5. Then the opcode dir will be C:\Csound5\lib.
In WindowsXP you set the environment variables in the System control
panel under the Advanced tab, where you'll find there is a button
"Environment Variables" which leads to a dialog box that lets you add or
edit environent variables. In older versions the variables are declared
in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file. Not much more than that to it.
