[Cs-dev] Remove Cygwin support?

Subject[Cs-dev] Remove Cygwin support?
Unless I hear that people are building Csound 5 specifically on Cygwin, I would like to remove Cygwin support from the Csound 5 SConstruct file. The MinGW/MSVC support will remain.

I used to use Cygwin, but switched to MSys/MinGW which guaranteed regular Windows compatibility and seemed to work better.

Regards,
Mike

I also though about this earlier, particularly considering that
the cygwin target has not been updated or maintained for a long
time.

By the way, I assume if Cygwin support is discontinued, then the
#ifdefs for it could be removed from the sources as well ?
