| Csound 64 will produce an audible improvement in precision, cleanness, and sweetness, BUT ONLY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF SOUNDS. You can certainly get "professional" results with Csound 32!
I recommend rendering at 88200/float while working, then in the final mastering, downsample to CD quality with dithering. Do not dither before mastering.

Mike

Subject: [Csnd] Dithering output?
Dear List,
I wonder about under which circumstances it is useful to dither the
output of a final rendering, use Csound 64 or do both to achieve a
cleaner sound. Are there any experiences?
Cheers,
Jan Jacob
