I could not try with 64 bit but a sample size between 8 and 32 bit did not make any difference to the noise. In general I think, butterhp should sound like the butterbp- example I put in instr 1 for comparison also with 16 bit integers, but it does not. I did not mean 64 bit samples, but rather a version of Csound that uses 64 bit floats internally. |
