It shouldn't be difficult to create a new target in
SConstruct
for your cross-compilation. You can possibly use the
linux sconstruct environment as a starting point.

This sound very interesting. I wonder if anyone else has
been
thinking of building csound for a PDA or a mobile phone.
I remember Gerard Van Dogen showed one of these linux mobile
phones at the last LAC, it seemed a very exciting thing to
be able  do something on a mobile.
