I have just downloading the last Csound5 (VST version 2005-07-16*)*, and 
it's ok with sound file generation, but real time output is not working 
for me. After searching in the documentation and the web, I have no 
ideas so far.
I have the following CsOptions in the CSD
"csound -d -m4 -odac -B441 -b441 temp.orc temp.sco" -> *** error: 
unknown rtaudio module: 'PortAudio'
"csound -d -m4 -odac -+rtaudio=mme -B441 -b441 temp.orc temp.sco" -> *** 
error: unknown rtaudio module: 'mme'
Plaform WindowsXP
Csound5 is installed in C:\csound\bin\Csound5
path is C:\csound\bin\Csound5
OPCODEDIR C:\csound\bin\Csound5
There is no .csoundrc in C:\csound\bin\Csound5, as it was after the 
installation.

Thanks a lot, it works ! I have deleted OPCODEDIR and set OPCODEDIR64 only.
It is realy not evident! I don't know where do you find this information...
