Do you recall the MIDI flags?

Were they -M0 (and whatever the -+ PortMidi flag is)?

The MIDI flag was simply -M0 appended to the commandline that was 
mentioned earlier.

I didn't specify -+rtmidi=, because I have not built any other 
dynamic modules for dealing with MIDI messages to use with Csound5 so 
it defaults to PortMIDI.
