Announcing my latest live-performance CsoundAV composition:

ANGEL DERVISH (Lord of the Dance) for CsoundAV (2005)
  Requires PC and optional MIDI controller (16+ MIDI sliders/rotary pots)
  Duration: 7 minutes (minimum)

It's been completed for some time now, but the docs (.txt) file were just
finished (a real pain for me).

It can be found (both .txt docs and complete .zip package) at the head of my
compositions list at:

As always, happy to get feedback of any sort. There are both FLTK only and
MIDI versions both in stereo and quad. Should be performable on other
Windows Csounds, as well as Linux and (hopefully) Mac. (If not, I'd like to
know.)

It performs on a build of Csound5 from May 16, 2005...

Unfortunately it couldn't run with today's CVS version of Csound5 as 
the build seems to be erroring out with

ld: Undefined symbols:
typeinfo for Fl_Window
scons: *** [csound] Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.

so users building CVS from today's sources might not be able to have 
FLTK support.

Regardless, I was able to run it on a Mac, as anyone using Csound5 on 
any platform (with FLTK support) should be able to.

Hello David,

Last night I could not build the new Csound5 from CVS either! I get the 
exact error that you are getting, I am on a "Mac OS X". I also tried to 
build it without CsoundVST... etc. but no help. Going back to use the June 
2005.

Yes you are right, I compiled it without the FLTK and it compiled fine.
Now, where is the problem?

My guess is that it's a developer trying to fix the problem with the 
GEN displays... last I checked it was hanging necessitating the -d 
flag.
