I have implemented Joachim's genarray change

genarray is available for i and k rates and 1D arrays.
genarray_i is initialisation only for k-rate arrays.  

Manual updated to reflect this

thanks very much, john. genarray_i works excellent, but there seems to 
be an issue with genarray. for the example attached, i get:

SECTION 1:
new alloc for instr 1:
null iopadr
inactive allocs returned to freespace
end of score.		   overall amps:  0.00000  0.00000
	   overall samples out of range:        0        0
1 errors in performance
