Hi all,

I have a couple of live gigs this weekend, hope some of you might
possibly be able to attend:

- Friday (tonight!) at 8pm, I'll be playing at Flywheel Arts Collective
in Easthampton, MA. Also on the bill: Barn Owl (the east coast one, not
the west coast one - no relation), Tom Crean / Kevin O'Neill Duo, and 23
Trio.

- Sunday at 8pm, I will be opening for (and playing one piece with)
composer Mary Jane Leach at the Stone in NYC.

In both shows I will be playing live improvised electronics (no
keyboard, no laptop) using a Drone Lab and a few pedals. While I don't
work with fixed pitches with this gear, I will be using a pentatonic
meta-slendro-derived scale in just intonation as the starting point for
tuning the Drone Lab. I will record both shows on my Zoom H4, and will
eventually post them if the recordings turn out well.

Also, my out-of-print 2008 CD-R release Sublimation (all just
intonation, all Csound) is now available at http://mysterybear.bandcamp.com
