As soon as we get 5.10 working either on OLPC *or* SoaS, I'll report back 
what is required on those (Sugar) systems. (Both systems won't take 5.10 
yet.)

Hi Art,

You need to specify the MIDI rt module (-+rtmidi=alsa or
-+rtmidi=portmidi) and then specify the device -Ma, which is valid for
either one.
Depending on your alsa, you may also need to do what valiste suggests.
