Thank you Steven,
now with scons -h I have:
Checking for C header file Python.
h...yes

But the file is still not build/installed with my scons options.

You have a typo.. it should be buildInterfaces=1, not BuildInterfaces=1.

Also you need buildPythonWrapper=1 (this is new, and is a result of
factoring each wrapper into its own shared library).
