Hello John,
unfortunately python2.5-dev is installed in my system... Is 
possible that python 2.6 (also in my computer along 2.5) is the problem?

You may need to add the location of where python.h is to your
custom.py file. Maybe do a search for python.h to find the path, then
try adding that.
