Isn't csound32.dll.5.2 the correct name since 5.10 is incompatible with
previous versions?  In other words, Lettuce needs an older version of Csound
(or to be recompiled) -- I don't think there is anything wrong with the
5.10.1 installer.

Exactly...Even Lettuce's programmer has been writing about Lettuce needing 
to be recompiled but that he cannot do it for the moment, having lost a good 
part of the code.

I actually did manage to get it going albeit with some problems. I
tried changing the name of csound32.dll.5.2 to csound32.dll.5.1 but I
still got errors. Housing both libraries in the same folder fixed the
problem however.

Hi Rory,

I'm trying something...I've installed Csound5.09.2-gnu-win32-d on one of my
computer and I have copied the csound64.dll.5.1 in the bin folder of my
Csound5.10.1-gnu-win32-d...

I will installed Lettuce and tell you if it works...

BTW, is this O.K. to put another library in the bin folder? Can this cause
others problems (crashes with others programs)?

Hi Rory,

Just copy the csound64.dll.5.1 in the bin folder of Csound and at first
glance, every thing seems to work.

One question, Lettuce indicates that the Csound version is 5.09.2...Is that
O.K. (because this library comes from this Csound version)?

will refuse to load under 5.09 or at least there is the possibility that
they will behave strangely.

You are right...some plugins will not load...Lettuce need to be
recompiled...

Oh well, it was looking so good there for a moment. My newly built
version of Lettuce is not behaving as well as I'd like. I'll try to
fix the problems and prepare a new release for some time next week.
