It used to be OK for the vst4cs opcodes to print to stdout from a plugin, 
now apparently it is not (I have upgraded my MingW compiler several times in 
the interim). Only one such call was being made, I commented it out, now the 
opcodes work again.

I also have made a few other small changes to the opcodes, mainly protecting 
against null dereferences and using better static data initialization.

I will post a notice when I have uploaded a new installer to my Web site.
