This really blows my mind! Researchers have turned a messy short song 
into a very nice song using an evolutionary algorithm with feedback from 
Internet users. You can listen to different steps in the process on the 
right on . Participating is even more fun.

To my knowledge this is the first time that music is created just with 
feedback from people. I have had vague ideas about doing something like 
this on my own, but if it takes tens of thousands of ratings, you can't 
do it on your own :-(
