According to the ASCI4All website, the most recent beta works with Windows 
7.

You will need an ASIO driver as well, for low latency (try ASIO4all,
but I'm not sure it works on Windows 7). Portaudio is going to have a
WASAPI backend soon, so if we have someone building for Windows 7 (or
Vista), then ASIO will not be required anymore (WASAPI allows low-
latency AFAIK).
