I made the following settings changes:

Additional command line flags = -m 2 -+rtaudio=pa_bl

Realtime play = Use csoundQt options
RT Audio Module = portaudio
output device = dac3

I can run a csd and it plays sound (simple test, mono output). After  
running, when I quit csoundQt, it crashes - I must force-quit.

This is with:
OSX 10.5.8
csound 5.14
csoundQt 0.7 alpha
