[Csnd] Csound conference: 110V to 220V transformer

Are there anyone else going to the Csound Conference with 220V equipment and if so how are you solving it? Maybe someone in the US whos going the conference have a transformer? Those things are usually quite heavy :/ Both me and Øyvind have equipment that needs 220V.
