I had a similarly embarrassing situation in front of the students the
other day but this time I was demonstrating the pvs opcodes on an
imac running Snow Leopard and the latest Csound. Strangely, as soon as
I added pvsanal the csd would no longer perform in real-time (and took
an infinitely long time to render in non-real-time). I was using very
a small windows window and ol size. In the end i gave up as I could
not find any way of solving the issue (I tried different sizes for -b
and -B flags).

Any ideas what could have caused this?

On Monday I can send the full specs of the system.

Thanks

Peiman

Ahhh yes that explains it. Must have chosen a really small OL size.
However, I don't remember seeing any warning. Is there such a warning?

Thanks
