Here is an interesting demo of the simulation of the sound of water: 
. The paper explains 
how it is done. But I have to say that it doesn't sound that realistic, 
but maybe the samplerate is too low in the demo.

I noticed that there is an opcode called dripwater that does this too, 
and sounds very well, but unfortunately the amplitude varies wildly. In 
the attached csd-file the amplitude varies between 0.1 and more than 
100000, which makes it hard to use. I also noticed that ifreq and ifreq2 
don't seem to have any effect on the sound. This is with 5.10 (double 
samples).
