Sorry if it's a repeat.

I've started using the passign opcode.  It seems to work fine, but there
is an annoyance:  When rendering, csound complains that not all of the
pfields are being used:

        WARNING: instr 1 uses 3 p-fields but is given 6

Csound needs to be made aware that the pfields are being
indirectly referenced through passign:

        i_inst i_start i_dur i_vel i_xfreq i_notenum passign
