Hi folks, wondering if anyone can tell me how to see csound compilation error messages beyond "csoundCompile() failed" when using the csound~ object in Max. I've been looking through the help and manual but haven't found anything yet...

In Pd, we see that in the console. Not sure what happens on Max. ======================== Prof. Victor Lazzarini Maynooth University Ireland > On 21 May 2021, at 00:55, Iain Duncan |

Thanks Victor, I'll muck about and see what I can figure. I'm doing a Pure Data port of Scheme for Max as part of my thesis project this summer, so once that's gotten a little further I'll be checking out the Pd csound object too! iain On Fri, May 21, 2021 at 1:32 AM Victor Lazzarini <Victor.Lazzarini@mu.ie> wrote: In Pd, we see that in the console. In the meantime, I can just compile it at the command line too to get the error messages. On Fri, May 21, 2021 at 8:31 AM Iain Duncan <iainduncanlists@gmail.com> wrote:
