I've uploaded a new UDO to the library at Csounds.com. Called TransGen, it
was inspired by the Dual Transient Generator module in the Serge Modular. It
can be used as a simple LFO, or as a clock divider, or to build complex
envelopes with several outputs. With a fast k-rate, it can also be used as a
crude nonlinear lowpass filter.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Csound has anything quite like
this. But now it does.

Suggestions on refinements (or bug-fixes) are welcome.
