I have a version of vbap that will run with any number of channels upto
64.  I have only made simple test so far but it runs the old vbap4
example from the manual.

It is almost compatible.  In csound6 I am just removing the vbap4 etc
opcodes in favour of vbap and vbap_zak.  Not sure what to do with
Csound5.  I could add the new code nd deprecate the existing code.
Advice sought
