Installed Mountain Lion this morning, and just noticed that AirPlay is
now an available PortAudio device:

    PortAudio: available output devices:
       0: AirPlay
       1: Built-in Output

Streaming Csound to an Apple TV seems to work really well. At least
from the terminal.
