[Csnd] missing csnd.py lib_csnd.so modules (debian)

Subject[Csnd] missing csnd.py lib_csnd.so modules (debian)
Is this something that should be installed with csound or is it an extra?
I dont have csnd.py or lib_csnd.so on my system - i have installed from 
felipe sateler's debian package.
maybe i need to download the source package?
