I think Mike has dropped supporting about it due to licensing issue 
(then renamed to CsoundAC), although I would really love to use it. I 
tried and no luck with 5.07f and 5.08.2f Windows packages, so 5.06 is 
perhaps the last one for it (I hope I am wrong though)?
