Hey, 

     I just downloaded the latest version of vst4cs.dll, and noticed some peculiar behavior.  When I run a csd with instrument below, I receive parameter information(vstinfo) when I use Csound5gui, but when I use Lettuce, Winxound or the Command line, I don't receive the vst info.  There are no performance errors, but there is no indication that it has loaded the designated vst synth, nor does it print the parameter list.
