Perhaps the FLTK dll bundled with Csound  5.08 is the problem?

When I run a .csd from the GUI there seems to be more trouble. The 
panels are not drawn fully, but remain transparent thus showing portions 
of the screen behind them. No widgets are even drawn.

I get the same results from the FLTK calls.  The window's border and title draw, but nothing else.
