I currently perform sound designer/compser duties for a Non-profit dance company, and a choreographer has requested using a band's music that is licensed as to limit re-use for "commercial purposes".  My question is whether or not what I am doing is considered commercial purposes, and where I might find this out.  I have checked the internet, and the best I got is a legal definition, but no examples of what is or is not commercial use.  Does anyone have any information concerning this issue, or know where I could find it.  Feel free to contact me off-list.  Thanks.
