To me "VSTprogset: Program 0 treated as 1" means that I requested "Program 0" and the request will be threated AS IF I requested "Program 1", for some unknown reason. The fact that I had to COPY the "Program 0" to "Program 1" (that should be "Program 2" in Csound) before I get the expected result, let me think that my interpretation may be right.

Since I'm also dealing with problems with VST program bank management in the applications that I use, it was some kind of a problem.

Do you usually get the preset you placed as "Program 0" as "Program 1" in Csound?

I'd like to hear Mike or someone else who prepared the plug-ins, if possible.
