Has anyone else tried to use any of Michael's Csound6 installers on Windows 
XP, in realtime *with MIDI controller*?

For me, the default -+rtmidi=PortMidi doesn't work, as it apparently stops 
PortAudio from running.

Though PortAudio can be made to run by setting -+rtmidi=mme, this 
combination disallows my ASIO4All multichannel playback device (GigaPort 
AG). As a result, I can't perform a quad .csd.

FWIW, there is no such problem on Windows 7, or on Windows XP with Csound5.

Please share any relevent experience.
