I run KXStudio 14.04 (Kubuntu 14.04).
VLC and other players have access, using alsa, to the sound card - but
Csound does not.
in the terminal:
csound -j2 -+rtaudio=alsa -odac:hw:1,0 --env:CSNOSTOP=yes

Error: define environment variable RAWWAVE_PATH
