Sure. Or use three oscillators. Detune one slightly sharp, one slightly
flat, and leave the third at the nominal frequency.
If you're only going to use two, I suggest detuning one flat and one sharp
(by the same amount) so that the perceived center frequency remains at
concert pitch.
Another really nice trick for detuned unisons is to pan one of the
oscillators left and the other right. This creates a stereo chorus effect.
