[Csnd] new OSX10.6 release package

Subject[Csnd] new OSX10.6 release package
Hi All,

I've put together a new OSX 10.6 release package (5.18.031) to try and fix the portaudio crashes. I basically updated the libportaudio library that is supplied with Csound to the latest stable, and that seems (at least on my machine) to fix the issues. I have also been able to use "simultaneous play" in qutecsound (found in the Preferences/General tab) with no problem whatsoever.

So, it would be useful to see if this package works OK on 10.7 too.

Hi Victor,
sorry for the last unclear email. I meant,
csound5.18.031-OSX10.6-universal.dmg is possibly
corrupt - it couldn't open the disk image.

Luis

Oddly, the 10.7 release of 5.18.03 wasn't correctly uploaded,
uploading a new version of that now.

Here are the results of my tests so far.

Csound version 5.18.03 (float samples)
OSX 10.7.4

1- rt midi set to 'virtual' crashes when I stop the performance.

2- The I set the midi option to portmidi and select 'none' as my midi
interface (since I haven't got one hooked up) and run the Additive
Synth example. But the csd doesn't run with this error:

*** PortMIDI: error: device number is out of range
*** error opening MIDI in device: -1 (Unknown MIDI error)
