I felt the need to route audio/midi between csound in Ardour, had trouble
finding existing plugin tools to do this, and ended up starting a small
tentative solution adapted from an lv2 tutorial I found on github. My
project is here: https://github.com/woguls/simplesynth

I'd be happy to hear suggestions about useful directions to steer this in,
or if this is a pointless reproduction of existing tools which I missed in
my google searches. Especially I'd like to take criticism of how I'm using
the csound c++ api, as I have no experience with that.
