| Back then, on some level, to some people,... it probably was a bit
novel and odd, and on some level new. Didn't learn about Varesse til
the song "A Hit By Varasse" by Terry Kath of the band Chicago, and
later when I was a music study early in college. Or heard of Conlon
Nancarrow until Frank Zappa's Tinsel Town Rebellion album.
I guess this sort of thing will be something new to someone. Might
not be something new, but it's nice and fun to revisit evry now
and again,... re-baptise one's self in the the early concepts that
brought us here in the first place.
After all, don't know where we're going unless we know where we've
been. Hard to go from point-A to point-B, unless you know where
point-A is.

however, it is a good point well made. Always an insightful view from
