Good evening All,

Has much changed in the Csound Book since 1999? I bought it when I first began studying Csound as part of my degree and it's always been an amazing resource. But I'm curious if there's been any big changes or new additions to its content over the years.

Anything making it worthwhile to purchase again, beyond the fact my copy is rather worn nowadays.

Thanks

Dominic

i don't know if there's been a new edition, but the author reads this list ...

it's a different kind of thing, but the FLOSS manual is also a good written resource. it's gotten many kudos here.

Hello Dominic,

The Csound Book is still an excellent resource.

And now... The Csound Floss Manual shows all the latest techniques and extensions to the language since 2000.

What I have done over the past few years is update the 2 CDs for the Book and "finally" all of those CD Chapters
become more readable and useful.  The upated CDs and all their content are free.  So...
Look for the updated CDs at MIT Press and at Csounds.com over the next month
or so.
